It is no coincidence that in September 2001, three
months before the introduction of the Euro in Europe,
the Logasia Cargo Network group was established
by number of European And Asian Forwarding Agents,
with the common aim to provide total Logistics between
the two areas concerned. |
Two fundamental considerations
are at the root of this decision: |
| - |
The strong drive for union
amongst European countries by forwarding agents
throughout Europe, coupled with the firm belief
that the future can only lie in an ever larger
and united Europe. |
| - |
The widening of the European
Union will be undoubtedly result in an increase
in trade to and from the Far East. |
We can sagely say that we are working for the
future by setting-up two important poles, in Europe
and the Far East, capable of managing the expected
increase in trade. |
The most distinctive feature of the group is certainly
the fact that it is made up of medium size companies,
which are efficient, agile and fast moving. At the
same time, we are capable to offer a customized
and personalized service at competitive prices,
in order to match specific requirements of individual
client. |
Regular meetings amongst partners, both in Europe
and the Far East, serve to focus on objectives and
problems in real time. |
Three years later, during the annual meeting held
in Hochiminh City, Vietnam Sep 18 2004, considering
the successful growth has been reached, all Logasia
members agree to expend the coverage from two areas
above mentioned to worldwide. |
